Pete Jacobs and Allan Pitman are holding an Ironman training clinic at Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College in North Sydney. Covering topics such as mental and physical preparation, to nutrition, and a swimming workshop.

It will be a great day that many of the members would benefit from and really enjoy.
