T1 (swim to bike) & T2 (bike to run) training:

Just in time for Noosa! -  Learn the very basics to the serious skills of effective transition training! Transitions need to be planned and practised so come along and enjoy working on your transitions so you can move in out out of this area with calmness and speed! Coach Bruce prides himself on posting the fastest transition times in his events - come learn how! 

Saturday 26th September, 10th & 24th October straight after our brick training sessions at Centennial Park.

Please bring cap, goggles, bike / equipment, run gear and a towel.
