ITU Age Group World Championships 2019

Congratulations to all BTC clubbies who raced in the sprint distance (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) and standard distance (1.5km swim, 40km bike, 10km run) events at last weekend's ITU Age Group World Championships in Lausanne Switzerland, representing their home nations. By all accounts it was a tough course, with a choppy non-wetsuit freshwater swim, a technical and hilly bike course complete with some short sharp inclines up to 15%, and a twisty turn-y run course also with some hills.
