We got really lucky with the weather again this Friday, despite windy conditions all day, Balmoral Beach was beautifully protected and the dedicated group of Friday night athletes were put through a slightly different set tonight.
Starting Next week Saturday the 26th of September its Members week, if you are new to the club and/or if you are a beginner, make sure you come along to our sessions during members week. All of our coached sessions (Swim, Brick & Track) will have an extra coach on hand, plus we will run a separate coached sessions for beginners alongside our regular sessions and we will have social events post training. So if you have been putting off coming along to training, members week is the week to join in !
Existing members, why not bring a mate along to Track or Open Water Swim !
26th September - Brick 7am Centennial Park, extra coach on deck and the first of our Transition practice series run by Coach Bruce.
26th September - Open Water Swim 2:45pm Club House, extra coach will be on deck to run a specific beginners open water session, Tea and Cake afterwards. Bring some cash if you want to buy some club clothing.
1st October - Thursday night Track - 6:30pm Rawson Park, an extra coach will be at track to run a specific beginners running session. Followed by Beer and Steak at the local pub after training.

Sunday Social Ride
27th September - Sunday Social Rides. Join in with either a 40km or 60km (ish) group ride leaving 6:30 am from Mosman. We will have ride leaders and committee members, come along for a social ride followed by coffee. Please register so we know who to expect. To join our ride you MUST be a member of Balmoral Tri Club, or Tri NSW or Cycling Australia for insurance purposes.
